This 1 hour group class provides practical strategies to help parents support older siblings as they adjust to the arrival of a new baby. It will explore common emotional and behavioral responses, offer age-appropriate ways to prepare children, and share tools to encourage bonding and reduce sibling rivalry. The class also includes tips for maintaining routines, effective communication, and helping siblings feel secure and included during this important family transition.
