Meet Lena Kimball

Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Parenting Coach- Registered Play Therapist-Developmental Specialist

I’m Lena Kimball, a Parenting Coach with over 18 years of experience helping families raise resilient, connected children. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Registered Play Therapist, and mother of three, I’ve expanded my practice to include parent coaching after realizing that lasting change happens in everyday interactions at home. While therapy is invaluable, my coaching focuses on empowering parents with practical, research-based strategies tailored to their child’s development.

Becoming a parent shifted my perspective and deepened my understanding of the challenges parents face. It made me want to provide the same support I found in my field for other families. I know firsthand how tough parenting can be, from managing sibling dynamics to addressing difficult behaviors. My work helps parents build stronger connections with their children, develop resilience, and bring more balance and peace into their homes.

Whether guiding families through developmental milestones or navigating behavioral concerns, my goal is to provide parents with practical tools and the support they need to help their children thrive.
